René Sheret has had an interest in photography since grade school. This early curiosity culminated in graduating from Art Center College of Design in 1954 with honors in photography and a consuming interest in graphic design.
The Navy and various jobs as agency art director and corporate design occupied him until he opened his design office. For over 30 years, he designed and photographed, producing annual reports.
The annual report designing has stopped but the photography continues. The creative challenge that digital photography, the computer and ink jet printing offer the creative artist today, René feels is a marvelous opportunity.
He has been privileged to have his work selected for over 13 venues in Pasadena, building lobbies, restaurants, offices and a permanent collection at the Pasadena Senior Center.
